T he Estes Park Environmental Center held student art celebration in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the National Park Service. The works of 85 student artists, who placed at the state level, were displayed at the Fall River Visitor Center of Rocky Mountain National Park. Artwork was entered in the categories of visual arts, photography, and music. Students created their artwork in response to the theme:

“This is my National Park”

By invitation from the Americas Latino Eco Festival IV, the 85 winning entries will be on exhibit at the Museum of Nature and Science in Denver as part of the ALEF Eco Art Exhibit on October 13, 2016.
The Student Art Celebration in honor of the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service is made possible by generous sponsorship from the Estes Park Environmental Center, Americas Latino Eco Festival and Rocky Ridge Music Center working together to create pathways to environmental and artistic stewardship, mentorship, and creative careers for diverse youths.
